The Facilitator / Peer-Coach Training prepares graduates of the Advanced course to support other families using the Schultz Human Flourishing Model™ in a non-expert, strengths-based peer-support role.

This is an educational and supervised program. It includes supervised practice, individual mentoring and detailed assessment. Successful completion leads to a Certificate of Peer-Coach / Facilitator Practice in the Schultz Human Flourishing Model™.

Course learning materials remain printed and are not provided as digital downloads. Supervised practice and feedback arrangements are explained privately during enrolment.

Prerequisite

Prerequisite: successful completion of the Advanced course pathway.

  • Graduates ready to support other families in a non-expert, strengths-based peer-support role

  • How to facilitate strengths-based peer-coaching conversations using the Model
  • How to open, map, identify leverage points, support next steps, and close a session
  • How to maintain ethical boundaries, confidentiality, and a non-expert stance
  • How to introduce and use the eight elements with another parent
  • How to give and receive structured feedback using the course rubric
  • How to recognise when a family needs professional support and make a referral

Your course materials are provided as a printed learning pack, with practical activities, space for written reflections, diagrams of the Schultz Human Flourishing Model™ and worksheets to complete by hand.

Course materials are supplied in printed form only to enrolled participants. Digital copies are not available for download.

Confidentiality and personal reflection

Course activities and assignments may invite participants to reflect on personal experiences within their family. Written work is reviewed for the purposes of course feedback and assessment. Feedback relates to the course objectives, the participant’s understanding of the Schultz Human Flourishing Model™ and the application of the course learning. Participants should avoid including unnecessary identifying information about children or other family members.

The course is designed for learning through reading, handwritten activities, family observation, written reflection and practical application. Each course develops progressively through its printed modules and correspondence feedback.

Scope of practice

The Facilitator / Peer-Coach Training is an educational and supervised peer-support program. It prepares graduates to use the Schultz Human Flourishing Model™ in a non-expert, strengths-based peer-support role. It does not qualify graduates to provide counselling, psychotherapy, psychological services, medical advice, crisis intervention, or any regulated professional service.

Successful completion leads to a Certificate of Peer-Coach / Facilitator Practice in the Schultz Human Flourishing Model™. This is a course certificate and is not a professional licence, registration, or qualification in counselling, psychology, therapy, social work or medicine.

Time and commitment

Approximately 4–6 hours per week over 8–12 weeks.

Fee and payment options

$3,750 AUD (standard). Early Advanced graduate discount: $350 off (mention in your enrolment enquiry). Payment plan available: three instalments of $1,250.
