- Work for organisations—including cohorts, consultancy, and staff supervision—is managed via a tailored scope of work or service agreement. Organisations are responsible for ensuring appropriate authority and privacy consents are in place according to their sector requirements.
- Organisational services are consultative and educational. They do not constitute emergency, crisis, medical, NDIS behaviour-support, or restrictive-practice services.
Educational nature of the correspondence courses
- Courses are delivered primarily through printed materials and written feedback via the correspondence course pathway.
- Materials are licensed to the enrolled purchaser only. Course content cannot be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed or used to run unauthorised programs.
- Enrolment does not establish a therapeutic, medical, legal, psychological or crisis-support relationship.
- Facilitator / Peer-Coach Training does not qualify someone as a psychologist, counsellor, therapist, social worker, medical practitioner or regulated professional.
- The Certificate of Peer-Coach / Facilitator Practice in the Schultz Human Flourishing Model™ is a course certificate only.
