Family Correspondence Courses
The Schultz Human Flourishing Model™ correspondence course pathway helps parents build practical understanding, shared language and confidence to strengthen the conditions around young people in everyday family and community life.
Courses are delivered offline through printed learning materials, practical activities, written assignments and personal written feedback. Printed materials are sent within Australia by registered post after enrolment is confirmed. Participants may submit work by post or email. Written feedback is returned by mail.
The family course pathway
Four connected courses, from an accessible introduction through to facilitator and peer-coach training. Each builds on the Schultz Human Flourishing Model™.
Introductory — Families First
An introduction to the Schultz Human Flourishing Model™ and the eight elements that shape family life. Practical, friendly, and designed for parents at any education level.
Fee: $249 AUD
Duration: 6 modules · 12–16 weeks
Intermediate — Deepening the Flourishing Family
Apply the Model consistently in daily family life. Includes deeper worksheets, written assignments and personal written feedback.
Fee: $529 AUD
Duration: 8 modules · 16–20 weeks
Advanced — Mastering Family Flourishing
Precision diagnosis and high-leverage thinking for families navigating complex circumstances. Includes detailed supervisor feedback and case portfolio.
Fee: $1,497 AUD
Duration: 8 modules · 18–22 weeks
Facilitator / Peer-Coach Training
For Advanced graduates ready to support other families using the Model. Includes supervised practice, individual mentoring, and a Certificate of Peer-Coach / Facilitator Practice.
Prerequisite: successful completion of the Advanced course pathway.
Fee: $3,750 AUD
Duration: 8–12 weeks
