It prepares graduates to use the Schultz Human Flourishing Model™ in a non-expert, strengths-based peer-support role. It does not qualify graduates to provide counselling, psychotherapy, psychological services, medical advice, crisis intervention, or any regulated professional service. The Certificate of Peer-Coach / Facilitator Practice in the Schultz Human Flourishing Model™ is a course certificate and is not a professional licence, registration, or qualification in counselling, psychology, therapy, social work or medicine.
