Who We Work With

We partner with organisations across the care, education and community sectors who want a shared way of understanding and responding to the needs of the young people they support.

Whether you are leading a school, managing a care service or working in a community organisation, the Schultz Human Flourishing Model™ provides a strengths-based framework for understanding the conditions that support participation, belonging and human flourishing.

Every engagement begins with the same question: what conditions around a young person need to be strengthened so they can participate, belong and flourish?

Flagship Service

The Human Flourishing Profile™ — Organisational Cohort Pathway

The Human Flourishing Profile™ — Organisational Cohort Pathway is designed for schools, care organisations and community services supporting groups of young people.

Dr Carol Schultz partners with your organisation to develop a shared, strengths-based understanding of the young people in your care. Using the Schultz Human Flourishing Model™, the pathway examines the factors influencing engagement, belonging, learning, relationships and participation.

The aim is not simply to respond to immediate difficulties. It is to give your team a coordinated and practical way to identify strengths, understand barriers and strengthen the conditions that help young people flourish.
